We can also suggest a complete, carefully picked selection of furniture and equipment for your peaceful and comfortable lifestyle. We have not forgotten to add technical and service premises which refine the functional distribution and tangibly improve the living conditions. The house has a balcony and an option to build a practical car-shed.

Single-Family House type D-2
House type D-2 is a modification of house type D-1 that has eliminated the influence of the edge thermal bridges whereby improved energy efficient characteristics. While the balcony is missing, this house has all the key positive features of house type D-1.

A compact and economic house, next D-type modification.
Our designer's touch has effectively used the entire built-in space without creating negative feelings in the inhabitants. The house has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining zone, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study room, technical and service premises. The dining area has changed thus instead of atrium the upper floor has a master bedroom. The change does not effect to the concept of the house. It rather creates prerequisites for even further economic exploitation. As a result we offer a comfortable and functional low-energy family house designed with taste and style.

Single-Family House type V-1
A beautiful low-energy town house which combines adeptly comfort and functionality. Our modern and open to the outside surrounding design creates a unique atmosphere of serenity and closeness to nature. On the ground floor, we have located a spacious living room, a dining nook and a fully equipped kitchen where families can enjoy their time together. A double-sided open fireplace separates the dining and the living room and brings a feeling of warmth and coziness during the cold season. The large windows we have planned for let in plenty of natural light and lead straight to the green space around the house and the balcony. On the ground floor, our customers can also find a garage, a laundry room, a bathroom and a guest bedroom, which can be transformed into an office. The upper floor is designed in a straightforward architectural style and offers privacy and comfort to both parents and children. While the two bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms, the parents’ bedroom is also equipped with a large closet. With a generous view to the garden, the bedrooms are bright and pleasing to the senses.
