Deko Design & Building (DDB) was established in 2005 by Todor Hristov to provide its customers with a full range of services in the field of design, construction and interior. For the period 2005-2011 the main activities of the company consisted of design and turnkey construction of family houses and residential buildings with different levels of comfort.
From 2012 onwards, the team was involved in projects within the public sector and has successfully implemented image-making projects for significant local and international companies. Thus, DDB has built successful partnerships with Cinema City, Capella Play children’s centre, hotel Marinela, Asarel, various restaurant chains among which Happy, Captain Cook, Sasa, Candy Club and others.
The excellent results and positive feedback of the customers resulting from our consistent professional efforts combined with complete collaboration with our partners encourage the company aspiration to search for high-end response to contemporary challenges. All this led to the development of our Low Energy, Quick Built, Smart houses concept.
The current production capacity of the company is up to 20 fully completed buildings per year.
